For the first three months of the year, the gym is the most hectic place to be. However if you feel your motivation has dipped since then and do not want to brave the gym environment, you may want to try a home exercise programme.
I have worked alongsideThirtysomethingmums resident nutrition expert; Gail Gwynne to devise a simple plan that will help you to shape up in Spring, and on into Summer.
The exercise plan is home based and requires no equipment. I recommend you perform
the exercise plan 3 to 4 times a week, allowing for a rest day in between sessions. The focus is on sculpting the body and building lean muscle tissue whilst burning excess fat. Resistance training is fantastic for inch loss and creating a leaner, slimmer physique. If you have the time, I recommend you combine it with a walking or jogging plan.
